Four day minimum stay.
No unsupervised minors.
Discounts offered for extended monthly rentals.
Payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
A reservation/security deposit of $200.00 is required to book a reservation.

2. If you do not have an account, please follow the simple directions to set up a free account.
3. Login to your account
4. Click the "send money" tab.
5. Select or Add your checking or credit card account.
6. Send payments to "info@wavepropertyrentals.com" (without the quotes). Send the amount in USD. Please selcet "Service/Other" and then click the "Send Money" button.
7. The next screen with allow you to review your payment. At the bottom of the screen please put your reservation dates in the subject line and any other message you would like to leave us in the message box. Then click the "Send Money" button.
8. We will confirm your payment and reservation within 24-hrs. Call us at 407-312-7894 to confirm immediately if you so desire.
9. Please sign and mail or fax us your rental contract from below. If you do not have access to a printer or fax machine we will gladly mail you a contract once your $200.00 deposit is processed.
